Compare a deluxe unit with a flushing toilet, sink and urinal against an available air-conditioned two-stall trailer. Request current interior and exterior photos so appearance and features are clear before paying.
Let the venue layout guide the choice
Identify the guest route, level placement area, lighting, and delivery entrance. A trailer needs room for towing and setup as well as its body. Plan accessible facilities and routes with the venue; a stepped trailer does not establish accessible entry.
Confirm power and water early
Share where connections are located. Request the exact circuit, cable, hose, and water requirements of the proposed trailer. Have the venue check the proposed electrical supply against the model requirements before relying on an outlet or extension cable.
Work backward from the ceremony
Provide the ceremony time and the venue’s delivery and collection access windows. An earlier setup may simplify the day, but confirm the hire period and any charge. Leave a reachable venue contact and a backup.
