Count the people on site, not just the project length

Understand the 28-day cycle

Plan access through the whole build
Choose a position that delivery and service vehicles can reach after materials, fencing, and machinery arrive. Include gates and site-contact details. Moving the toilet as the work progresses needs a separate arrangement; do not let later deliveries block servicing.
Set the cleaning schedule before the crew starts
Agree weekly service, the first visit, waste removal and supply replenishment before work begins. Discuss additional visits if the crew grows, shifts extend or use increases. Keep the service route open throughout the build.
