Agree the delivery window
Tell us the day and time the equipment must be usable, then confirm a delivery window that fits your site. A preferred morning time or advance phone call is a request unless specifically confirmed.
Clear the route and mark the spot
Remove parked vehicles and other obstructions. Record gate codes through the agreed communication channel, mention low wires and branches, and explain slopes or soft ground. Mark an approved position if unattended placement has been agreed.
Check unit and vehicle measurements separately
One standard unit was approximately four feet square. Another model measured about 47 × 47 × 91 inches, while its delivery discussion called for roughly 11 feet of vehicle clearance. These are reference examples, not universal access specifications.
Keep an alternate position in mind
A backyard location may not support safe movement or later pump-out. Discuss a front or side placement option, subject to property permission and user access. Do not assume a dolly move can cover any distance or terrain.
Use dispatch for an updated ETA
Call with your order details for an updated arrival estimate. The rental team can check the route with dispatch and the driver. Keep your phone available and explain any site-closing time or event deadline.
Request collection and keep access open
For open-ended rentals, call to arrange removal. For events, confirm collection against the property’s opening hours. The unit must remain reachable for service and loading; ask how failed access or changed placement affects the charge.
