Confirm the first visit and ongoing schedule
Confirm the first service date and the ongoing day of the week. Tell the rental team when use will begin and report any problem between visits. Increased use may require an extra visit or a revised schedule.
Know what gets replenished
Check toilet paper, sanitizer where supplied, and fresh water, soap, or drying supplies for a sink or separate station. Agree which supplies are included at delivery and replenished during service, and how to request more.
Keep the service route clear
Locked gates, parked cars, construction materials, and low obstacles can prevent access. Tell the rental contact when access changes and keep a backup contact available. A position that worked on delivery day must continue to work during the rental.
Request extra attention when use changes
Call if attendance or crew size increases, supplies run low, or a visit is missed. Describe the condition and location so the response can be planned. Additional visits may affect the total; confirm the charge and timing before relying on them.
Report damage or a tipped unit
Contact the rental team with the order details and a description of the issue. Do not relocate or attempt to pump the unit yourself. Keep people away from an unusable restroom while a response is arranged.
