Give the date the restroom must be usable
The guest arrival time and the preferred delivery date are different details. For a Saturday event, discuss whether Thursday or Friday delivery is possible and permitted by the venue. Confirm the entire rental window, particularly when the venue has limited setup access.
Holiday plans need a fresh check
Holiday demand can change equipment and route availability. Request your dates early, then complete the confirmed booking steps. For a late request, call directly and give your deadline so the available options can be checked.
Agree who can answer the driver
Leave a primary and backup contact with the placement notes. If no one will be present, agree how the driver will access the site and recognize the correct spot. An agreed cone or sign can help identify the correct placement.
Keep the pickup day usable
A business event could not accept Saturday collection because the premises would be closed. Same-day late pickup or Monday collection were discussed instead. Give the rental team the site’s actual opening hours; do not mistake the customer’s closure for the provider’s schedule.
Use dispatch updates for live ETAs
For an updated arrival estimate, contact the rental team so they can check with dispatch and the driver. If timing becomes critical, call with your order details and keep your phone available. Review delivery and pickup planning.
