Check what “with a sink” includes
Ask whether the quote covers soap, hand-drying supplies, fresh-water refills, and wastewater removal. Tank size, pump mechanism, and the supply package depend on the model, so confirm those details in the equipment quote.
When a separate station works better
At an event, a freestanding station lets guests wash without occupying the restroom. On California construction sites, an interior sink can also be the wrong arrangement: the washing-facility rules generally require an external, unattached station beside a nonwater carriage toilet, with a limited exception for fewer than five employees and one toilet.
Compare the quoted models
Ask for the model, flushing mechanism, fresh-water capacity and refill plan on each quote. A sink-equipped unit and a flushing unit with a sink can have different features and pricing. Compare the full package, including delivery, service and pickup.
