RENTAL CASE STUDY

A home build with an open-ended rental

A house-building site needed a portable toilet without a fixed removal date. Standard, interior-sink, and accessible alternatives were discussed; the customer selected the standard unit.

The service and billing plan

The call described 28-day billing, one weekly service visit, recurring payment notifications by email, and a separate removal fee. The customer needed to contact the company when the unit was no longer required.

An earlier delivery request

The regular option was after a holiday weekend. The manager checked and confirmed a $75 rush charge for next-day delivery. A preferred morning-to-early-afternoon arrival was noted, but the stated window was broader and no exact time was guaranteed.

What this rental teaches

The preferred placement was a flatter, accessible part of a sloped site. Keep both the arrival request and the physical approach realistic. Payment was confirmed in the call, and the business confirmed the rental as completed; no exact delivery time or later construction outcome is claimed here.
