1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Lancaster Porta Potty services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our porta potty rental services operated by Lancaster Porta Potty ("us", "we", or "our").
2. Rental Services
2.1 Service Description
Lancaster Porta Potty provides portable restroom rental services including but not limited to:
- Standard porta potty units
- Deluxe porta potty units
- ADA accessible units
- Handwashing stations
- Luxury trailer units
- Delivery, setup, and pickup services
- Regular maintenance and cleaning
2.2 Service Areas
We provide services throughout Lancaster, CA and surrounding areas including but not limited to Palmdale, Quartz Hill, Rosamond, Mojave, California City, Tehachapi, Acton, Agua Dulce, and other communities in the Antelope Valley region.
3. Rental Terms
3.1 Rental Period
Rental periods begin on the delivery date and end on the scheduled pickup date. Minimum rental period is typically one day unless otherwise specified.
3.2 Delivery and Pickup
- Delivery and pickup times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances
- Customer must provide clear access to the delivery location
- Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits
- Units must be accessible for pickup at the scheduled time
3.3 Unit Placement
Units will be placed in the location specified by the customer, subject to accessibility and safety considerations. Lancaster Porta Potty reserves the right to determine the final placement location for safety and operational reasons.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
Rental rates are based on current pricing at the time of booking. Prices may vary based on location, duration, and type of service required.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is typically due upon delivery unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
4.3 Late Fees
Late fees may apply for units not returned on the scheduled pickup date. Extended rental fees will be charged for each additional day beyond the agreed rental period.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 Proper Use
- Units must be used only for their intended purpose
- No smoking inside units
- No disposal of inappropriate materials (feminine products, diapers, etc.)
- No vandalism or damage to units
- Maximum occupancy limits must be observed
5.2 Site Preparation
- Provide level, stable ground for unit placement
- Ensure adequate access for delivery and pickup vehicles
- Mark underground utilities and sprinkler systems
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals
5.3 Security
Customer is responsible for the security of rented units. Any theft, vandalism, or damage occurring during the rental period may result in additional charges.
6. Damage and Loss
6.1 Customer Liability
Customer is liable for any damage to rented equipment beyond normal wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to:
- Structural damage to the unit
- Damage to doors, locks, or hardware
- Graffiti or vandalism
- Chemical damage from inappropriate materials
- Fire damage
6.2 Replacement Costs
In case of total loss or severe damage, customer may be charged the full replacement cost of the unit plus any associated costs for cleanup or disposal.
7. Cancellation Policy
7.1 Customer Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery to avoid charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
7.2 Weather Cancellation
Lancaster Porta Potty reserves the right to cancel or reschedule deliveries due to severe weather conditions or unsafe driving conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Lancaster Porta Potty's liability is limited to the rental fee paid. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the rental service.
9. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lancaster Porta Potty from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of rented equipment, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or violations of law.
10. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and do not share customer information with third parties except as required by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
12. Changes to Terms
Lancaster Porta Potty reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Lancaster Porta Potty and the customer regarding the use of our services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
